Light Path Scope

The Light Path Scope tests a diamond’s proportions and its ability to capture and return light back to the viewer. The scope issues red light from above and white light from below; seen through a Light Path Scope, the better a diamond’s light return, the more of its surface area will appear red. Areas of light leakage are designated by white spots.

Only when a diamond is cut according to optimal proportions does it capture all light.

Solasfera is the only diamond in the world that exhibits "the perfect red," indicating complete light return.
